These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any quote request or booking made with Waypoint Removals & Haulage ("we", "us", "our").

Quotes
Quotes generated through our online quote wizard are estimates based on the information you provide. A final price is confirmed once we've reviewed the full details of your move, and may change if the actual scope of work differs from what was submitted (for example, additional items, restricted access, or a longer distance than stated).

Bookings
A booking is only confirmed once we've agreed final details and dates with you directly — submitting the online form does not itself create a binding contract.

Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Liability
We take reasonable care in handling your belongings. Any claims for loss or damage should be reported to us promptly, in writing, within a reasonable period after your move. Our full liability terms will be set out in your booking confirmation.
